When you submit an application, reserve an allocation, or make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, tax identification if applicable, payment confirmation, email address, and phone number.

Technical and device information

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect basic device parameters, including your web browser type, IP address, time zone, and essential technical cookies required for web session functionality.

2. Legal basis and purpose of processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent and the execution of a contract, being the allocation or purchase agreement.

Custom production and fit engineering

Physiological data and body photo inputs are processed exclusively to generate precision cutting patterns for your ordered allocation. Photos are deleted once pattern verification and tailoring are complete.

Allocation and concierge service

Order and account data are used to verify your allocation slot, process payments, arrange dispatch from our European workshops, and provide direct member concierge support.

Direct communication

We use your email to deliver direct dispatches, allocation status updates, and private member communications. We do not sell, rent, or trade member data to third-party ad networks.

3. Data protection and processing safeguards

Your physiological data is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not use third-party behavioral ad tracking pixels or sell member telemetry. We only share necessary data with trusted service infrastructure required to operate the Site and fulfill your order under strict data processing agreements:

• Encrypted cloud infrastructure. Secure cloud databases hosting member profiles and serial numbers.
• Payment gateways. Tokenized, PCI-compliant payment processors.
• Logistics and dispatch partners. European workshop and courier services for direct delivery.

5. Data retention

Account details, financial transactions, and serial ID registry entries are maintained to support garment care, warranty, and mandatory Spanish commercial and tax retention periods, up to six years, unless erasure is legally permissible and requested.
